Alerts allow you to receive notifications via e-mail or WhatsApp in the event of certain machine behavior. We offer two types: power alerts and standby alerts.
- Standby alert: Standby alerts are based on our algorithm, automatically detecting when an electricity asset is on standby and sending you an alert. You can choose after which period an alert is sent and who receives the alert.
- Power alert: Power alerts are set with specific thresholds for energy consumption. You can for example receive an alert when the machine switches off unexpectedly or when the power becomes too high.

Configuring alerts
Do you want to configure alerts yourself? Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Alerts menu from the header bar
- Go to the ‘Configurations’ tab
- Hit the ‘Create new alert’ button to open the dialog to configure the rules of the alert
- Select the type of alert. When selecting the alert, you can set a rule for the assets.
- Set up the alert trigger conditions:
- Select product
- Select type of alert
- Define for how long the condition must be met before the alert is triggered
- Add a message you want to show when the alert gets triggered
- Add the recipient(s) of the alert. This can be either an email or a WhatsApp text message.
- Hit ‘Save’ to save the alert configuration.
