• Asset Configuration Meeting This is a deep dive into your operations. We discuss asset criticality, configure your initial threshold alerts, and identify specific high-priority assets for advanced deep-dive analysis.
• Tool Optimization Meeting With data flowing, we review our initial findings. We’ll adjust alert thresholds as needed and provide expert advice on how to best leverage Sensorfact to achieve your specific maintenance KPIs.
• Recurring Consultancy Check-in A technical review where we analyze recent interventions, identify any missed defects, and ensure you are using Sensorfact’s tooling to its full potential.
• Recurring High-Level Business Review (HBR) Led by our Customer Success team, these meetings focus on your broad company objectives, the overall performance of Sensorfact products, and the measurable impact of PdM on your business.
