Some details to point out about the Technical Assessment:  - If a Technical Assessment is not correctly filled in with all the needed information, the hardware cannot be shipped. In other words, what do you talk about when talking about production speed? The options are pc / hr (pieces per hour), pc / minute (pieces per minute) and cycle time. **Metering location name:** What should be the name of the measured asset in our webclient? **Type of speed signal:** How do you plan to read production data? The options are Existing relay, Connecting to existing machine sensor or Sensorfact provided photo-electric sensor **Brand and type (existing sensor only & relay):** Sensorfact needs to know the brand and type of the existing sensor or relay so we can correctly configure our pulse counter. **Signal format (existing sensor only & relay):** What signal does the device put out? **Pulse Counter Power Provision:** How will the pulse counter be powered? Is there an existing 12-24VDC supply that can be used, is there an outlet we can plug into or, in case of relay, do we use the internal battery? **Connected energy asset name:** Does this machine also have a Sensorfact electricity sensor connected? Sensorfact recommends a maximum of 9 reasons per asset. They do not have to be the same for every asset but we recommend using the same as much as possible, this will lead to better results. **Measuring location name:** Please add the name of the asset (same one you used in the OEE information table). **Critical stop threshold:** The time of non-production before it is labeled as stop, example: 30 seconds / 60 seconds. **Display available?:** It is important for the stop measurement that there is a screen available at the machine. This is used to immediately register the stop reason, this screen can be a touchscreen or controlled with a mouse as long as you’re able to input the stop reason.
