This update allows you to receive clear, periodic insights on OEE and production volumes, directly in your inbox. This release includes two new modules:
-
- Production Volume - This module allows you to track your production output in units. You can configure your report to display:
- Total production volume
- Accepted production volume
- Rejected production volume
- OEE Metrics - This module provides crucial insight into your operational efficiency, including OEE and its core components: Availability, Performance, and Quality.
- Production Volume - This module allows you to track your production output in units. You can configure your report to display:
- EMS - Energy per Unit improvement: Additional unit types for production output in the 'Energy per Unit Calculation' tab are added. The added units are: Pieces (pcs), Meter (m), Square meter (m²), Cubic meter (m³), Liter (L), Tonne (t).

- EMS - Show data from previously measured assets: Assets that used to have a sensor attached now remain visible in the ‘Electricity - Asset Information’ tab, including a toggle to show or hide them in the electricity graphs. By default, this toggle is disabled: the asset is not visible in the asset tree of power, energy, and energy balance tabs, and not visible in the asset selector of energy per unit feature. When the toggle is enabled: the asset reappears in the asset tree of power, energy and energy balance tabs, and visible in the asset selector of energy per unit feature, making it possible to view the historical data of the asset.

- Water - Outside Operating Hours: You can now monitor water consumption outside standard operating hours. This feature offers valuable insights into usage patterns and helps identify potential leaks and inefficiencies. To enable this feature, assets must be assigned to a Production Schedule in Settings. Enable the 'Outside operating hours' checkbox in the 'Display' menu of the Volume tab.
