Showing and Hiding Unmeasured Assets in Graphs

Enable the historical data toggle to view assets that are no longer connected to a sensor.

What the show assets in graphs toggle is

This historical data toggle allows you to control the visibility of assets which aren't longer measured (no longer a sensor attached), within your energy graphs and dashboards.

Why to use this toggle

When you remove a sensor from an asset, that asset disappears from your electricity graphs.  Turning this toggle on lets you access its past energy data for reporting and compliance without cluttering your electricity graphs.

How to Reveal Past Asset Data

  1. Navigate to Electricity > Asset Information tab.
  2. Find the previously measured asset which you want to show on the graphs
  3. Enable the 'Show asset in graphs' toggle.

The asset now reappears in the asset selector within the electricity graphs and energy per unit feature.

If you want to permanently remove an asset, please contact our support team at support@sensorfact.eu.
