They will also discuss potential savings opportunities and help you get the most value from the platform by guiding you through the setup of alerting and reporting features. **First meeting: Consultancy Kick-off** Our first meeting is the Kick-off. This meeting is mainly meant to get to know each other, to go over the status of the sensors together and to already get familiar with the web app. We discuss the goals of the collaboration, go over the type of assets that we are tracking and align on your focus. The meeting will take place 2 to 4 weeks after the installation is finished. This way we keep short lines of communication. The next meeting after the Kick-off is the Discovery call. For this we need to have about 8 weeks of data. **Second meeting: Discovery call** In this second meeting we will go over a series of questions directly related to the assets that we are tracking, which are required for proper interpretation and identification of potential savings. We will discuss potential energy waste patterns based on your production process and specific machines. In case not all questions can be answered during the meeting, there might be some points for you to deliver the necessary input afterward. **Third meeting: Results session** The third meeting of the energy scan, which is also the last meeting, will take place approximately four weeks after the second meeting. Our estimations require a minimum 12-week sample period to serve as a baseline.
