In the software there is the option to change the multiplication factor within the formula to calculate the right kWh in case a machine has several parallel power cables (so for example 4 power cables) instead of one. It is then important to measure one of the power cables per phase and adjust the multiplication factor accordingly (in our example that would be 4). Please inform your customer success representative if this is the case.
