If you are connecting the bridges via a local network (NB. not relevant for LTE/4G connections), please guarantee internet connectivity by properly configuring your ports/firewalls. The bridges cannot deliver the data to our cloud platform if this is not done correctly. The below IP addresses, ports and protocols should be accessible. Ask your IT department for help if needed.
